The Member who participated in the establishment of the association or joined it upon the admission of the Board of Directors to apply for membership and shall have the right attendance at meetings of the General Assembly, voting on its decisions and candidacy for membership of the Board of directors a year after the date of joining the Assembly and paying An annual minimum contribution of 200 riyals.

A member who requests membership in the Association and is accepted by the Board of directors after the conditions stipulated in the terms of membership except for the age requirement and not for that member shall be entitled to attend meetings of the General Assembly and not to be nominated to the board of directors and to pay a reduced annual contribution of up to a minimum of 500 riyals.

Is the member whose membership is granted by the Assembly for the invaluable material or moral services it has helped the Assembly to achieve the objectives it has the right to attend meetings of the General Assembly and to discuss what is put to it and does not have the right to vote or to be elected to the Governing Council.

The member who is granted the honorary membership of the Governing Council by the General Assembly and has the right to be debated in its meetings, but who does not have the right to vote and is not certified as being in session.
